Anilao is famous worldwide for its macro photography opportunities. The
visibility is endless, the sheer range of nudis and other critters is
incredible and they are everywhere. Several UWP societies have an annual
pilgrimage to Anilao, including, I believe, the San Diego UWPS. The latest
book I've seen from there is a coffee table tome called, simply, "Anilao".
It may be available via Amazon. The photography is simply phenomenal.

Not a problem for me :-) MY problem is that I would have to persuade Soyong
to set foot in the Philippines again :-)

There are many, many places for a diver to stay in Anilao, but most of them
carry the (to me) ominous-sounding suffix, "dive camp" :-) And often that is
exactly what it is. Even without Soyong in tow, I prefer a modicrum of
creature comforts, which is why I said that Eagle Point Resort is the only
decent hotel in Anilao :-)

Find them on http://www.eaglepoint.com.ph/resort.htm
