Yes, you can tell sendmail to forward all outgoing e-mail to some relay server
which will then be responsible for final delivery.

Edit /etc/sendmail.cf and fill in the hostname of the smart relay, i.e.:

# "Smart" relay host (may be null)
DSyour.mail.relay.flowserve.com
