I do understand why beta patches can't be freely available on the ITRC,
but it would be *real* nice if the RC could post them for download for
a particular customer.

Tt seems that all the RC needs is a process to post the files where
the customer can get them with their ITRC login, just like the
custom patch manager does for HPUX users.

It would surely save on packaging and transportation costs, plus it
would meet the customer's requirements even faster than FedEx.
