On my problem with Apache being unable to spawn cgi childs, Mark Bixby
suggested a lack of contiguous free disc space.

Well I decided to take action to create more contiguous free disc space
using the CONTIGVOL command in the VOLUTIL program. When i do help
CONTIGVOL, it says:

Syntax:

 volutil: CONTIGVOL [VOL=][sname:]vname | ldev
                    [[SIZE=]sectors]
                    [[TIMEOUT=]minutes]
                    [;TRANSIENTOK][;UNRESTRICTED]

Example:

 volutil: CONTIGVOL sample_set:sample_member 60000 20 ;unrestricted

I wondered what the SIZE, TIMOUT, TRANSIENTOK and UNRESTRICTED would mean,
so I tried to look it up in the Volume management manual. To my surprise,
this volutil command was not covered on both the documentation on CD as
well as the Online documentation at
http://docs.hp.com/mpeix/onlinedocs/32650-90491/32650-90491.html

Does anyone know what these parameters mean or where I can find
documentation.
Thanks.
Peter
