Thank you for posting bash to MPE.
And speaking of "CSY is eager to get your feedback regarding bash,
particularly in the area of upward compatibility with SH.HPBIN.SYS." when
will we get the chance to vote on this on the SIB?

Subject: [HP3000-L] GNU bash shell now available for MPE!
Hi HP3000-L,
I've just finished porting the GNU bash shell to MPE, and it's now available
for download at:
http://jazz.external.hp.com/src/bash/
HP CSY is currently investigating bash as a possible addition to some future
release of MPE. The software on the above page is provided as unsupported
freeware.
CSY is eager to get your feedback regarding bash, particularly in the area
of upward compatibility with SH.HPBIN.SYS. Please post your feedback
publicly to HP3000-L or via private e-mail to me.
Thanks!
- Mark B. (speaking for HP CSY)
