Some mixing of memory board sizes may be necessary.
Say in the case of having your HP memory boards in
the first slot pair [which may be smaller (and older)]
and 3rd party memory boards [which may be larger (and
newer)] in the remaining slot pairs.

The intent is to keep your system within maintenance
contract.  HP would want the first boards to be HP
boards for your hardware contract.  The 3rd Party
boards would be not in the contract.
