An example of a real update on the earthquake which shows what a misprint and / or missing word can do to the meaning:

Earthquake Update * Pierce County

Damage Estimates
Earthquake damage to public facilities totals an estimated $53 in Pierce county. The figures could go higher as damage assessment activities continue during the coming week. The damage estimate includes public building and facilities, roads and transportation and public utilities.

A serious note: SEA-TAC Airport is still running behind on flights.
Although there are progressively more flights being handled, as of Thursday, only 14 flights per hour were handled instead of the usual 40.
The control "tower" is in a temporary structure and it will be some time before the original is repaired.

All those travelling to this area should be apprised that delays are still possible, even likely.
