For the Windows platform, I use a program from Germany called XML-Spy
(www.xmlspy.com). It can connect to an ODBC source and return a well-formed
file too. A couple of websites to check are:

www.xml.com O'Reilly's XML Site

http://xml.startkabel.nl A nice collection of XML sites

As far as MPE/iX goes, your best bet is to use one of the scripting tools
like Perl/iX or /SYS/HPBIN/AWK (awk in the shell).
