Ted answered his own question, but just to make sure all are
clear on something that was marginally if at all addressed so
far (i.e.:  We the makers of the ballots screwed up):

In prior years SIGIMAGE (now SIGImage/SQL) used "L" for
LARGE, "M" for MEDIUM, and "S" for SMALL.  This year for
the multiple SIB balloting that got transmuted into "H" for HIGH,
"M" for MEDIUM, and "L" for LOW....

Thanks to Ted for reminding me (my guilt is even worse,
because I noticed this the other day and then promptly
forgot about it again......)
