Ed,

If you are running Apache on your 3000 and include the location of each
picture in your IMAGE DB records, you can use an html form to invoke a
server based cgi.  That cgi would pull the IMAGE DB record and respond to
the browser with a dynamic html that includes the formatted IMAGE DB record
and a hyperlink to the picture.
