Friends!

I need help from my friends on the list. I need a new dive computer by
2/16! My old Monitor II has finally shot craps. I leave for Belize a week
from Saturday. I live in metropolitan St. Louis where we do not have a lot
of competition for dive gear. I just got back from my local dive shop
where I priced a SeaQuest (Sunnto) Vyper wrist mount. They advised it was
$440. I asked what the price would be if I bought it that moment and they
replied $405! Not even 10% off of what must be very close to MSRP. Screw
them.

My friends in the much more competitive dive shop markets in Dallas,
Atlanta, Houston, Chicago(?), can any of you help me with info on the price
of a Vyper in your local, and the name of a shop I can contact.

Another problem is that SeaQuest places serious dealer restrictions to
protect local dealers. Will a dealer take my phone order and send me the
computer? Will you help me by talking your local shop into shipping me a
computer with a phone order?

I really need this groups help ASAP. Any suggestions are welcome.
