Here are a few book recommendations for you...

1). SCUBA Diving, by Dennis Graver
     A well done book full of general                 SCUBA info. It
read it right after being
      certified, and it helped solidify what I         learned in OW.
2). Dennis Graver's 100 Best SCUBA             Quizzes: This would be a
great source       of trivia for you to use in the program         you
mentioned.
3). Diving Physiology In Plain English, by        Jolie Bookspan, Ph.D.
An excellent            source of information that every diver
needs.
4). SCUBA Divers Sign Language Manual,       by James Smith & Leann
Smith  It has        hundreds of signs. More
than you need, but signs are                      good. It's fun to look
at on the john.
