I'm for replacing the property tax with an education tax here in Arizona.  That
way we could benefit more from the 'snowbirds annual visit'.  The other
advantage would be, those on fixed incomes who have paid off their mortgage
wouldn't have to live in fear of loosing their home because of back taxes not
being paid.
