I am in a dilemma:
On one side, I feel that everyone 'uses' the public education system.
This is where the bulk of our future citizens are educated.  If we let
public education fall to rack and ruin because the people with money are
no longer forced to support it we will have an even more elitist society.
On the other side, my children are grown and no longer using the public
education system.  Can I stop paying school  taxes?
