I believe the USER VERSION: C.60.nn will vary according to which tool you
used to apply the powerpatch.
If you use autoinst, nn will equal 00.
If you use patchix, it will show 02.
In both cases, HPSWINFO should accurately reflect the patches applied and
powerpath level.
