My 6.0 pp2 machine shows the same release and user version as yours.
However, the beginning of the HPSWINFO file shows:

So, it really is pp2 even though the user version says 60.00. I agree with
you though, the user version should say C.60.02, just as 5.5 pp7 said the
user version is C.55.07.
