DISCUTIL (at least as of 6.5) still appears to be a standalone executable,
so you run it from the ISL> prompt, not ODE.  Just to be confusing, ODE has
an unrelated DISKUTIL (with a K) utility.

As a note to anyone running 6.5 who is using 36GB disks, it would appear
that DISCUTIL cannot access anything bigger than an 18GB disk, so if you
ever have a failure and really need DISCUTIL, then you may be in trouble.
