I have found the JOBQ capabilities very useful and I am appreciative that HP
added them.  One thing that bugs me though is that JOBQs don't survive a
START NORECOVERY.  I could deal with that if I could put the NEWJOBQ command
in SYSSTART, but it isn't allowed there.

Has anyone else seen this as a deficiency?
