It is that simple. I do it all the time when testing new printers before I
add a new entry to NPCONFIG.

one has to do to change the IP address on a Native Mode spooled
printer is:
STOPSPOOL ldev
Edit NPCONFIG.PUB.SYS
STARTSPOOL ldev
Or is there something more complex than that?
