Carly's message is worth watching.

Indeed, I was going to write much the same thing later today when I had time.
We all live a relatively short period of time, but how we comport ourselves
during those years says everything about us. Bill Hewlett and David Packard
really did make a difference with their lives. "The HP Way" is no joke, nor
is it merely a marketing slogan. It has represented a business culture of
honesty and decency and integrity to the point that everyone who grew up in
it, or who was even mildly associated with it, attempts to emulate.

The level of respect that Bill and Dave had within HP is difficult to fully
express. It is my understanding that during their retirement speech many
years ago, long-time HP managers and engineers openly cried.

We all can only hope for a small measure of similiar affection.
