Greetings Folks.

We have a couple of users that dial in to a CISCO 5300 and using RAS connect
to our 997/800.  These
folks at times are having response time of > 200 sec and thus lose their
connection.  We are not able to find anything on the 3000 that could be
causing this.  Using SOS and Glance, the other 900 + users are getting an
average of .5 response time.

Does anyone know of anything that maybe we have missed on the 3000 that
could cause this?  or even on the CICSO 5300 setting?
