Hi,

My apologies for not posting this earlier...

We've got a manager from the HP ITRC coming to our office this morning
(10 AM PST), to talk to us about what we don't like about
the HP ITRC.

So, if you want to have us mention anything for you, you've got
a short window of time to email me! :)

I'm particularly looking for pointers to publically accessible
*good* support sites are *welcome*
