At approximately 1:30 PM EST a construction crew downtown near the
BellSouth switching office cut a fiber main, dropping four of our five
Internet lines in the bit bucket.  Only one remained, routed to a
different POP in Memphis rather than Atlanta, but it not a primary and
thus our DNS eventually stopped answering.  We were effectively offline
until approximately 6:40 PM EST when they got around to resplicing our
ends.  Sorry for any delays and/or confusion yesterday.
