In response to a question I received via private email (is that an oxymoron?),
I've packaged up the latest version (1.6) of the SAURCS files--the front end to
RCS which allows one to use RCS even for MPE fixed-record-length or Qedit
files.  Furthermore, I've scrabbled together a little documentation.  The
starting place is
