Jim,
It would help if you specified whether this is a DTC printer or Network
Printer, and if a DTC printer, whether you use host-based DTC management or
OV DTC Mgr. Also, what are the device class(s) for ldev 114?
I'm guessing from the error messages that this is a DTC printer, in which
case it should be possible to clear matters up, but you will have to
sacrifice the spool file trying to print. If #O123 is the spoolfile
identifier, then do the following:
spoolf #o123;delete;show
stopspool 114
abortio 114 <--- do this 2-3 times
pause 10
startspool 114
This usually works for us in similar situations.
