Shutdown Messages on Console.

Hi all,

On HP3000/968RX with ver 5.5 pp7. During the normal shutdown I am not
getting any shutdown process or message on console. But after a few seconds
If I am looking the console status by pressing the ctrlkey+B I can see the
CPU status D100.  But what happened to message like shut1 to shut6.?
