How about (same problem) but the laptop in question is running version 4.x.x
Reflection for DOS, which has no provision for keyboard remapping?
(This of course is the 'terminal' I use for diagnosing DTC problems, setting
up modems, etc; being able to run NMMGR would sure be nice!)
