What is means is something upstream of the card or the card itself hiccupped. HPRC can analyze
the NETDMP03 file for you and see if there is a proximate cause.  It could be the router or
something else that glitched momentarily.

FYI, since it is 03 there are 00, 01 and 02 files out there also, meaning this is the 4th time it has
happened. Go check the create dates and have HP analyze the file.
