To all TIDAL Software employees.

The practice of spamming on user groups, usenets, mailing lists, chat rooms,
etc is strongly frowned upon by TIDAL Software. Although not actually
illegal, it is a serious breach of netiquette. Spamming is defined as any
unsolicited email, and in particular misrepresentation by a vendor as a
user. This practice will cease henceforth. Although TIDAL is sending
invitations to its web seminars via email, these emails are from "opt-in"
lists only.
