OK, sorted DATE-INVOIVE key makes sense (see original message, "IMSAM"), but
even though I want the records sorted by DATE-INVOICE, I still want the
selected set of records limited by hits on G1 group indexes.  The
DATE-INVOICE key should disqualify zero records every time like DATE-INVOICE
