I hope someone at HP is listening to this thread......I have not been
able to get on to it at all and I have 24 support agreements that are
coming up for renewal in February. There are some changes for most of
those.....And, yes, I have a logon AND a password for it, but the site
just does not work with Netscape 4.7.....multiple java errors, etc.,
with seemingly infinite loops. I have yet to be able to pull up a
single agreement, so I've just been faxing in my changes to the generic
"HP Support Agreement Specialist" fax line. Talk about
futility.........it "stinketh" indeed!!

personally? i'd give hp low marks on the implementation of this
'project'. i
like the concept, but so far the web site 'stinketh mightely'. my
impression
is it wasn't beta tested or at least not sufficiently. plus, how do
you report
problems? it's not thru the standard 1-800 number. why not?
