The "Configuring and Managing MPE/iX Internet Services" at docs.hp.com
has a chapter dedicated to Samba/iX. There is also some info in the files
/SAMBA/PUB/samba07.htm or /SAMBA/PUB/samba07.txt respectively.

www.sambaix.com also has lots of helpful docs, thanks to Michael Gueterman.
