Thanks, to those that have responded privately.

I'd just like to reiterate that I'm not asking for advise or for a solution
(Although I have received some useful information about the possibilities of
FORTRAN/90 on MPE.)  I'm only looking for information - leave it to me to
integrate and make use of what I can collect!
