If you look at http://www.tpc.org you can find the TPC specifications and
the full disclosure reports which contain the client code (e. g.
http://www.tpc.org/results/FDR/Tpcc/hp.v2500.99082501.fdr.pdf)

SPECmark only measures CPU performance.
