Please excuse my ignorance but I live in Arizona (we never change our clocks).
Can someone explain the file layout of the txtab.lib.sys file for me?  It looks
interesting.  (I do have two sites in the Mid-West that I have to deal with)

(note:  mid-west/mid-east...it depends on where you live in the USA.  not to be
confused with the middle east)
