The solution depends greatly on the real timeness required, and the volume
of data.  Based on my experience with a number of these solutions, I would
say that the Bridgeware solution is the most plug-n-play you are going to
find.  I've never done it between SQL Server and Image, but I know it
supports it.  We did a lot of work with it across networks with Image
databases and it worked very well.
