Subject: Upgrade 6.0 vs. 6.5

That is the question:
To upgrade to 6.0 or 6.5

Could those of you who've performed and upgrade from 5.5 or 6 -> 6.5 provide
some details as to memory requirements?
We're on a 989-4 processor with 1 gig memory, with 16 drives (8/8 mirror).
Our top # users is 100 and we never experience any performance issues.

In speaking to a member of the response center, he mentioned that he's never
seen anyone have to bump up memory to handle the 64 bit nature of 6.5.

While the memory sellers are advising at least 1 GIG per processor + extra
for OS, # users, # jobs etc.

Looking for some real world experience out there.
Thanks in advance.
