The problem I have is that without an open ( oracle) database on the server
it is just not even in the race.

And yet, this is exactly why we need to see 3000s in large server farms and
other large mixed shops, so they can see "what is so magical about them",
and maybe realize that they can do as much, or more, with lower TCO. So
management can look at the headaches they have with (fill in the blank), and
just maybe wonder why the troublesome boxes cannot be more like their 3000s.
It's a magic box.
