Hi Donna,
You spoke about LineJet printer firmware version 356351. Are you referring
to the 'Program File Version 2.07E Part No. 354786'? Does this attached
printout imply we have older firmware? Where exactly do you see the firmware
version?
Excuse the dumb questions, the manuals are at the remote site.
