Alan,

You need to configure JSERV (no auto detect) and it is different than Sun's
JWS (Java Web Server). JSERV has a concept of servlet Zones that maps HTTP
requests to different servlets.

Try http://java.apache.org

or more specifically

http://java.apache.org/jserv/install/howto.servlets.html

for more information.

Some Apache questions for the POSIX experts. Can anyone tell me if the file
/APACHE/PUB/conf/jserv.properties for Apachejserv 1.1 Java servlets for
MPE/ix is the equivilant of the Sun \servlet.properties file? Does the
Apachejserv perform an autodetect for servlets or do servlets need to be
defined somewhere? I am trying to gather this info in advance. Possibly
the APACHE/PUB/conf/jserv/jserv.properties.sample file would answer these
questions.
