Wanna take bets on whether there will be a
Court Martial?

Remember CAPT McVey and the Indianopolis?
There was nothing he could have done to
prevent it, and he was court martialed
anyway.

Is there a basis for this "fact"? In a foreign port, where uncontrolled
piers are 30 seconds away, neither negligence nor incompetence are required
precursors to a successful penetration like this.
