If you use LDEV 6 as "dummy LP" and additional LDEVs as
additional members of the device class LP, you might want
to add a DOWN 6 to SYSSTART. In case the spooler(s) for LP
should ever stop for some reason, this will make LDEV 6
UNAVAIL and thus cause errors for the next one trying to
access it. The errors will typically be better than just
having the first accessor grab LDEV 6 and wait forever...
