Catherine,

Call the Response Center or, if you have Personalized System Support,
ask your ASE to do a Patch Analysis for your system. We ended up adding
26 supplemental patches to our system above and beyond 6.0pp2. These 26
patches were general released AFTER pp2 was released so they are the
"latest and greatest" G/R patches.

I just did this same upgrade 9/16/00 and have had a few problems, but
nothing major except that running QEDIT from inside MPEX does not
work....I have been able to get around that, but really need to call
VESOFT and find out why it no longer works as it did.

That's all I can think of for now. Let me know if you have questions.

I know we are little behind the times ...

We are just now moving to 6.0 from 5.5. I've been monitoring the list
server for bugs, patches and miscellaneous issues, however for peace of
mind
... can any one think of anything that might bite me when I do the
upgrade
Saturday at Midnight?

I am on a 969 running P/A, POWERHOUSE (7.29c - don't ask - this is
dictated
by HBOC), SUPRTOOL, QEDIT, ESPUL, BACKUP/+xL, MPEX, ADAGER software's.
I
have checked the compatibility of each of these versions and I have
updated
to the versions that work with 6.0. I have upgraded before and my only
real
nightmare was on a 922 going to 5.0. However, when I do to this I like
to
cross my T's and dot my I's when going live. So hopefully I hear
nothing
new or amazing but I really would appreciate input.

Thank you,
Cat
