We are a former user of ORBiT's BACKUP+/iX product. We are trying to
restore some old files which were stored using this product, but I keep
getting a message:

   run backuppl

   BACKUP+/iX does not recognize the version of MPE/iX installed on
   this system.  Call ORBiT Technical Support for assistance.

I've tried to call ORBiT Software and got a recording telling me the
number was no longer in service. I thought perhaps I had an old business
card so I checked the vendor listing at www.3k.com but the number there
was the same number I already had. Does anyone know of a new number for
ORBiT? I have 510.837.4143 as the number. Their old 800 number doesn't
work either....800-6-ONLINE

One more thing.....I was able to use the product to restore old files
when we were on MPE/iX 5.5pp7. We moved to MPE/iX 6.0pp2 about 3 weeks
ago and this is the first time I've needed to restore anything so I'm
wondering if there is some problem of which I am not aware on this
version of the O/S.
