One of the few reported bugs!
It is fixed in the next version but that doesn't help you now. ;=)

The root cause is most likely that you are running the HP SCOPE collector
and TheDash is attempting to log an event that reports that we got a
warning back from turning on the AIF:MI saying that it was already active
with less granularity than we asked for. Unfortunately, it tries to log to
a "legacy" location.

The workaround is to create an account named TRIOLET and set it to allow a
file creation from where ever you are running the COLLECTR program. A file
equation doesn't seem to work because we are opening an HFS name
"/TRIOLET/PUB/PRERROR".
You can safely ignore the warning error (unless you are NOT running SCOPE
in which case I would be very interested in what other program you are
running that uses the AIF:MI).
