As did I.  And there was no going on.  Making sure the scrollbar was at
the bottom (whatever that's supposed to do) and using back/next or
refresh repeatedly had no effect.  I even refreshed the previous page and
reentered all my answers for that.

Yup.  I'd be glad to help out, but there isn't a lot I can do.  Maybe
whoever is in charge of the survey could move it to a 3000 . . .
