I do the Intro dives for our shop. We do a roughly four hour lecture which
covers the basics on what not to do, what you can do. The dives themselves
(2) are done one on one for approx.. 20 minutes per dive to a depth of not
more than 25'. I have not had a problem with any of the folks that have done
an Intro although I have found a few folks that did not need to take up the
sport. They were told this too.
