How can I thank you all for your help, encouragement
 and advice?
It'll take a bit of absorbing.
Meanwhile my husband has decided that I am in need
 of some secular but spiritual R&R so we are off for a
 cuppla days to an island off the West coast called
 Iona - said to be the birthplace of christianity in the west.
Not that I am a card carrying, church going individual
but there is a form of peace on the island which is
undeniable.
