We are trying to implement telmon's email program.

When we attempt to run the program we get the following error:

Sep 17 19:20:05 mail[377] OpenSocket: IPCCONNECT: DESTINATION
UNREACHABLE.
(SOC
KERR 116)

Program terminated in an error state. (CIERR 976)

If anyone is using this product can you point me in the right direction
for correcting it?
