Recently, I have noticed a great deal of interest in knowing the basics of how
to set up a web page from many members.  Recently, I did a paper and ultimately
a presentation at Speedware Expo on the basics of HTML.

Since this presentation is in excess of 40 pages, I do not want to make it an
attachment to this post, and burden every list member.
